In addition to our regular trips to origin to visit suppliers, we periodically organize customer trips to various producing countries. We know that it is just as important for you to be able to ensure quality to your customers as it is for us to ensure quality to you. On the trip, we introduce you to the complete process of the coffee industry at origin, including visits to producer farms, wet mills, dry mills and exporters. We also visit farmers in their villages and their homes. We feel it is important for our customers to understand everything involved in growing coffee and it also gives a chance for the farmers to meet the people that will ultimately buy and roast their beans. We have found this to be an invaluable experience for everyone involved.
