Sol Y Cafe are an associative company of small producers, whose purpose is to contribute to the integral development of the partner, his family and community. Prioritizing the execution of agricultural activities, acting with social responsibility, preserving the environment and with a new vision to sustainable development.

Founded in 2008 the Sol y Café co-op united over 1,000 farmers with a goal to help the communities and families develop and progress in their individual agrarian enterprises.

The coffee  is picked, sorted, and washed by hand and then spread out to dry in the high altitude sun.
