Coffee

The cup profile of our coffee varies between score 85 and 90 (according to the SCAA format) according to the processing process provided to the grain, the height of the producing farms is between 1200 and 1700 m.

Every day we strive to improve our quality, which is why we have adopted a versatility in the differentiated processing of specialty coffees. For us it is very satisfactory to deliver a product adapted to the demands of consumers.

Farms

Due to our geographical location, we produce SHG quality coffee (Strictly High Grown), growing different varieties of coffee: caturra, red-yellow catuai, bourbon, IHCAFE 90, lempira and parainema at heights ranging from 1,200 to 1,700 meters above the sea level . Western Zone of Honduras: Corquín, Jimilile, Potrerillos, Boca del Monte, Paraíso, Casitas, Cedros and Celaque, of the municipality of Corquín Copán, Yaunera of the municipality of San Pedro de Copán, Belén, Yaruchel and the Gocia of the Municipality of Belén Gualcho Ocotepeque .

Projects

Infrastructure implementation that favors good conditions for employees in the production units, thus contributing to environmental coexistence and disease prevention.

With this project, 131 families are benefiting directly and 400 families indirectly. CAFESCOR is committed to maintaining a clean environment for employees, coordinating and organizing cleaning campaigns within each production lot.
